I'm out. Feels like I was in for a week. Last night was not fun or restful for a number of different reasons (music man was replaced by a very high maintenance grumpy woman) so I can't explain how good it was to get out today around noon. Have had some rest and good food, and mom managed to pick up meds and post-op supplies while I slept, so I am set. Drains and pain still a big challenge and will be for a while but overall I am doing well. Dr. Graham was there when I left which was great.
Another phase done. Thanks again.

Hurrah! I guess there really is no place quite like home, especially when the people who love you most are looking after you. Actually, we've heard that a hospital is the worst place to be when you're recovering. And - we can say it now - another phase is done and you are recovering!
Managing the pain must be a top priority for you now. If anyone knows, from past experience, exactly how to do that, it's you.
Be good to yourself, Tricia, and don't hesitate to call on your army of supporters, near at hand and far away, for whatever you need.
We are sending an abundance of warmth and energy across the miles tonight, Louise and David
(Hugs to Marie and Lui, too!)
Love to all - you're so amazing to share all this. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
You are an amazing family. We will be thinking of all of you as you continue each phase of your healing. Love to all, and thanks for keeping us close.
Love, BJ
Thanks Tricia. It's good that you're at home where you can rest and recover without all the noise and activity that happens in the hospital. You're in the best of hands with your Mom & Dad.
We send lots of love and prayers to all.

Lots of prayers and loving support coming your way from us too Tricia and to your wonderful family. Christine & Ron
Lots of love to you Tricia, to your mom and dad, to your doctors and nurses, to all your caregivers, to all the people on your blog and to your army of supporters from around the world, and who knows where else.
Thank you for you
Love, prayers and energy
Ed and Deanie
